Daddy & Me BJJ is a fun, high-energy training session where dads (or any parent/guardian) get to train with their kid, learning the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, practicing simple drills, and sharing lots of laughs along the way. 

The best part? Your child gets to be the “coach” for the day and show you what they’ve been learning in class.

Expect a safe, beginner-friendly class focused on:

- Teamwork, confidence, and connection

- Easy partner drills (no experience needed)

- Light, supervised games and movement

A memorable bonding experience you’ll both talk about all week.

No BJJ experience required. Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and come ready to have the best time ever on the mats.
